SmugMug handles all aspects of order fulfillment for me, including printing, payment processing and shipping. I do not personally have access to any credit card information. All of your information, including your email address, will be kept private. Orders are filled with a professional lab - Bay Photo - known for its color accuracy and consistency.
If you are unhappy with your prints or gifts, SmugMug will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
